Desilting of the Thangal Eri (Mudaiyur) minor irrigation tank at Mudaiyur habitation, Mambakkam panchayat, Thirukazhukundram block (Kattankolathur sub division). The work covers removal of 8390 cubic metres of silt across a bund length of 500 metres through 8 desilting pits, restoring storage capacity for the 10.68 hectare tank (Survey No. 108) and strengthening groundwater recharge for surrounding farmland.
