Veeru Sagar Lake De-silting & Catchment Restoration

Removal of 18,000 cubic metres of silt from the 5.2-hectare lake bed, strengthening of bunds, construction of recharge pits and a bio-retention along the outfall channel. Restores irrigation storage for 2,140 farming households in the Velur belt.
