Desilting of the Thiruvidanthai Jiyar Eri minor irrigation tank at Thiruvidanthai habitation, Thiruvidanthai panchayat, Thiruporur block (Kattankolathur sub division). The work covers removal of 5980.75 cubic metres of silt across a bund length of 810 metres through 6 desilting pits, restoring storage capacity for the 33.81 hectare tank (Survey No. 58) and strengthening groundwater recharge for surrounding farmland.
