Desilting of the Karunaagaravilaagam Chetheri minor irrigation tank at Karunaagaravilaagam habitation, Morapakkam panchayat, Acharapakkam block (Maduranthakam sub division). The work covers removal of 3000 cubic metres of silt across a bund length of 540 metres through 10 desilting pits, restoring storage capacity for the 9.65 hectare tank (Survey No. 156) and strengthening groundwater recharge for surrounding farmland.
