Desilting of the Ammannur Periyar Eri minor irrigation tank in Ammannur habitation, Anikkunnam panchayat, Acharapakkam block. The work covers removal of 4,200 cubic metres of silt across a bund length of 700 metres with 14 desilting pits, restoring storage capacity for the 14.7 hectare tank and strengthening groundwater recharge for surrounding farmland.
